Matt Yoho is a Columbus, OH software developer focused primarily on the web. During the day, he works with C# on the .NET platform, and tries to do his small part to encourage the use of agile practices and sound development principles. At night, he dabbles in Ruby and appreciates Rails for its well thought out structure.
Actually, at night he's probably at a karaoke bar somewhere, wailing away. But in-between the caterwauling he's thinking about ways to improve his work and his value as a team member... and maybe about getting another beer.
